"Do You Focus on Past Mistakes, or on Past Successes?"

Don't listen to the mental chatter that is often so negative. It's so easy to look at current problems through the lens of past failures or mistakes. Living positively in the moment is harder but way more fulfilling and rewarding.
Do these three things to improve your mood:
1. Look at only past successes for inspiration
2. Repeat what you did that was successful then
3. Play the "Pick My Favorite Success" Game for ideas
Focus on your purpose to give you clarity and direction. It will help you stay on course.
Lastly, three things to apply to your process:
1. Look at what makes you happy
2. Look at what make you tick
3. Look at what makes you feel satisfied with fulfillment, freedom, and fun.
Remember to take a TRIP for a Lifetime, not a TRIP of a lifetime!
